Sanction Limit
  • 90% of Agreement Value or Cost of Construction for loans upto Rs.25.00 lakhs
  • 80% of Agreement Value or Cost of Construction for loans above Rs.25.00 lakhs
Repayment period
  • Upto 20 years or upto the age of retirement, whichever is earlier
  • For the sake of convenience repayment will be in equated monthly instalments to be adjusted for a variance in the interest rate
Rate of interest
  • Mortgage of the House/Flat to be purchased/constructed
  • One guarantor
  • Insurance of the flat mortgaged Insurance on the life of the borrower (on case to case basis)
  • No prepayment penalty applicable for the present
  • 10.00% upto Rs. 25 lakhs & 20.00% above Rs. 25.00 lakhs or as applicable under National Housing Bank Refinance scheme
