Sanction Limit
  • 80% of Agreement Value or Cost of Construction
Repayment period
  • Upto 20 years or upto the age of retirement, whichever is earlier
  • For the sake of convenience repayment will be in equated monthly instalments to be adjusted for a variance in the interest rate
Rate of interest
  • Mortgage of the House/Flat to be purchased/constructed
  • Two guarantors
  • Insurance of the flat mortgaged and on the life of the borrower on a case to case basis
  • No prepayment penalty applicable for the present
  • 20.00% or as applicable under National Housing Bank Refinance scheme
