BCSBI sets minimum standards of banking practices for Banks to follow while dealing with individual customers.
The Banking Codes and Standard Board of India (BCSBI) was set up by the RBI as an independent and autonomous watchdog to monitor & ensure that the Banking Codes & Standards adopted by the Banks are adhered to in true spirit while delivering their services.
