Having been a professional Banker for 38 years, Anthony began his career with State Bank where he worked for 13 years before joining Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank. He was with ADCB for 24 years retiring in 2011 as Chief Executive Officer and Country Head-India. He currently serves on the Board of Citizencredit Cooperative Bank Ltd and was the Chairman of the Board for 5 years. Anthony actively spends his time functioning as a Trustee of St Joseph Education and Technical Training Trust. He is a keen amateur photographer and is also interested in Astronomy and sports.

A veteran of the financial world, Arvind has worked for the Government of India for 35 years. He retired as Chief Commissioner of Income Tax in 2010. Arvind continues to impart his in-depth knowledge to the team, along with serving as a professor of Corporate Taxation at the Goa Institute of Management. He has also authored several articles in different newspapers over the years.

Sectary of the Bank’s Cultural and Social Service Association and Trustee of St. Joseph Educational and Technical Training Trust.

Roger has been a Marketing Communications Consultant to more than a hundred companies in India and across the world, including several Indian and global banks. He is one of the pioneers of Developmental Communications for States and National Governments. He is the recipient of several awards, Indian and International, including the CLIO Awards, the New York Festival of Advertising Arts, and a felicitation from the Hollywood Academy of Arts and Science. A literature and theatre enthusiast, Roger devotes his time to mentoring young leaders and to a series of public service activities.

Aloysius also served as the Expert Director on the Boards of Bassein Catholic Co-operative Bank and Bombay Mercantile Co-operative Bank.
