The following procedure is for customers whose ATM transactions are declined / unsuccessful.
For e.g., Cash is not dispensed; but the customer account is debited.
Customer should fill in the ATM Complaint form available at any of our branches and provide the following details:
1. Details of transaction:- Account Number, Transaction Amount (amount debited from the concerned A/c)
2. Location of the ATM and name of the Bank
3. Transaction decline slip issued by the ATM (If any)
The claims will be settled within 5 working Days from the next day of filing the complaint provided the transaction is not declined by the Acquirer Bank.
LOSS OF ATM CARD
In case of loss of ATM card customers can call the branch number or our toll free number 1800 123 0209 (between 10 am to 6 pm) on all working days.
