INTERNET BANKING (Read Only)
Internet banking login requires three types of information (Net Banking Customer ID, Password, PAN or Date of Birth) if the user is a first time user, system will force the user to change the password and re-login. For existing users the system verifies the details entered by user, and sends an SMS to the registered Mobile Number (number that was registered during the account creation in the bank) of the customer. User has to enter the OTP received and if authenticated the system will allow the user to log into the system.
Internet Banking (View only) does not support any financial transactions at present.
Following options are available under Internet Banking (view only) option:
Customer can view his/her details which are available with the bank such as (Customer ID, Customer Name, Joint Holder Name, Landline No, Mobile No, Email-ID, and Address).
If required customer can change the password after logging in.
Banks Contact details.
ALL ACCOUNT BALANCES
Once the customer logs into the site, he/ she can view the list of all accounts registered for Internet Banking. Balances of all such account will be displayed.
LAST TRANSACTION IN THE ACCOUNT
Customer can view last 15 Transactions for selected account and can download the same as a PDF.
BETWEEN DATE TRANSACTIONS
Customers can view transactions between two dates for selected account and can download the same as a PDF also.
VIEW CHEQUE STATUS
Customers can view status of Cheque for registered accounts only.
